This is an excellent ranch  to raise trophy whitetail behind a game proof fence.   The senderos all originate from the center of the ranch where a large high deer blind is located.  Many of the senderos have game feeders and water is supplied to wildlife by 1,100 gallon storage tanks that are set up to supply water to water troughs.  There are three of the water tank/trough locations on the ranch.   

Wildlife:
The ranch is stocked with the following wildlife: 
3 female bred oryx, 1 large male oryx, 3 female red stags, 1 large bull red stag,  8 axis female does,  2 axis bucks, 4 bred whitetail does, 1 whitetail buck, 8 fallow females, mixed and 2 fallow bucks.  The owner spent in excess of $25,000.00 on the animals.  All of the animals come from very  high quality genetic lines.

Water:
The house is supplied water from a 5,000 gallon storage tank and the pasture is supplied water from three 1,100 gallon storage tanks and troughs that are located strategically around the ranch.   There is a small pond that does not currently contain any water.

TAXES:
Ad Valorem taxes are approximately $  TBD   per year.
