Representation, Disclaimer and Notice:

The properties on our website are Exclusively Listed with Ruple Properties, L.L.C.  We represent the sellers of these exclusively listed properties.

If you do not have representation, we can assist you by assigning an experienced real estate agent to represent you through a written Buyer Representation Agreement utilizing the Intermediary process established by the Texas Real Estate Commission.  Call our office for setting up an appointment to have one of our real estate professionals represent you in your real estate search and purchase.

The information contained on this site and offered herein was obtained from sources deemed to be reliable.  Ruple Properties and or its agents, (The Company),  do not warrant the accuracy of the information, whether printed or displayed,  presented in marketing materials supplied to prospective buyers.   The Prospective buyer assume all responsibility for verifying all information supplied to them by The Company and the buyer prospect should diligently investigate all aspects of a property, including but not limited to,  natural and manmade attributes, local, state and federal laws and regulations and all other matters related to the purchase of the property.  Prospects should arrive at and draw their own conclusions regarding a particular property(s) usefulness, its value and all other matters related to a purchase. By law, Realtors are prohibited from offering legal advice.  A buyer prospect should contact an attorney for legal advice regarding the property including but not limited to access issues, boundary and survey issues, easements, right of way matters, title matters, mineral rights and reservations, closing matters, closing documents and all other matters related to a real estate purchase.

Other Brokers Terms and Conditions:

Buyer’s brokers must be identified on first contact, and must accompany buying prospect on first showing to be allowed fee participation.  If this condition is not met, fee participation will be at the sole discretion of the management of the Company.

If a Buyer Prospect makes an initial contact with our Company and then later brings in other Broker, after the fact, the other Broker shall not be entitled to fee participation and  the Buyer shall be responsible for paying the other Brokers fee, if any.

Showings:

Showings are to be arranged by calling our office at (830) 569-3500 during normal business hours as posted on our website.

ALL PROPERTIES ARE  TO BE SHOWN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!   APPOINTMENTS MUST BE ARRANGED WITH ADEQUATE ADVANCED NOTICE AS DETERMINED BY THE COMPANY.

TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED.
