Specialties: Farm, Ranch, Live Water Properties, Residential

Sterlin was born and raised in Utopia, Tx where he is a sixth-generation native to the area. His love for nature and real estate started at a young age, following the footsteps of his parents who are both local realtors and ranchers. They have owned and operated their families hunting and cattle ranch near the town for over 100 years.
Sterlin graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University. Although real estate has always been his passion, he also has experience working in the oil & gas industry, wildlife business, and is a licensed appraiser. He currently resides in San Antonio with his wife and their three dogs. When he is not working on the ranch or showing real estate, he can usually be found fly fishing in a river or spending time outdoors. Sterlin’s extensive knowledge of land and business makes him a huge asset to any client looking to buy or sell property in Texas. He is always looking for the next opportunity for his clients and is happy to assist with any real estate or appraisal needs.
“Real Estate has always been a major part of my life and I knew growing up that it was something I would always be a part of. This business allows me to show people first hand why I have such a love for the outdoors. Showing people nature in a way they might normally not get to see will never get old to me. The passion for land that my ancestors have instilled in me is something that I strive to pass on to everyone that I encounter in this industry. “ – Sterlin Boyce
