It is important to note that there are a number of quality genetics in all of these breeds.  There are some 3 year old Whitetail deer that will be pushing 200+ B&C points this year.  Also, having exotics allows for year round hunting and can be utilized for extra income on the property.   All the blinds and feeders will also convey with the sell.  Don’t  forget dove season is usually amazing in Atascosa County, and there are 3 stock tanks set up for just that.

    The property has 2 water wells on it. The older one is a windmill pumped well that is not functioning and the newer well has a submersible pump in it and is used to water the horses and keep all 3 stock tanks at a desired level. The house is on the McCoy rural water system.

    The owner has a small portion of the minerals and will convey all owned.  There is no production on the ranch.
