The Verde Creek is absolutely amazing with its tree lined creek bottoms, deep holes, huge boulders and excellent fishing. Hondo creek is the southern boundary and offers great adventure with a jeep or ATV vehicle. The Hondo creek bottom is accessible from the west side of Verde Creek and is an adventure on an ATV. The Hondo creek has a number of small water holes that have held water through the dryer times and are an excellent source of water and vegetation for wildlife.
