This farm is located in a highly sought after area for farm land.  The property is located approximately 2 miles south of Hwy 97 on County Road #137 and along with County Road #139 runs along as the north boundary of the farm.   The property has paved access from F.M. 2505 to the east end of the farm.   The farm has organic crop production fertilizer along the south border and no fencing along the north boundary.  The property has a couple creeks that cross the property.  Across the east end is an unnamed draw and along the west end is Borrego Creek.  Large oak trees on the east end of the ranch are located near the old farm house and dilapidated barns.  The property is currently leased to a local farmer and has been leased out for many decades.

The property has a Carrizo Irrigation well.  The well has 12 3/4" casing pipe to a depth of 599' and then 8" O.D. casing pipe to a total depth of 1,708'.  The equipment down hole is unknown at the time the was written.  The well was drilled in 1969.
