    This ranch has a very nice lighted Roping Arena at the front of the property.  It has a first class press box for monitoring the events, and the owner has also built full restrooms by the facility for the many events that are held here.  At the back of the property, there is a 5,625 sq.ft horse facility with tack room, feed rooms, and horse stalls that is completely covered.  There are at least 6 other open area pens built for additional horses when needed.   There is also a 3.600 sq.ft.  pole barn used to store trailers and equipment.   A cedar stay round pen has been built for exercising and warming the horses up.


    The ranch has 2 water wells on the property.  It also has over 4,100 ft.  of San Antonio River flowing on the North end.


    The Seller has some minerals and will convey all owned.

    Take IH 37 South out of San Antonio to Loop 1604. Go East approximately 3 miles and turn right onto FM 1303. It is approximately 1 mile to the gate on the North side of the road.
