This 492+/- acre ranch consists of about 132 acres of improved/native pasture with about 360 acres of South Texas native brush country. There is one large pond that is 4-5 acres when full and three ponds that are a bit smaller. There are also two wet weather creeks that feed into the Atascosa River and one wet weather creek feeding the Buckhorn creek and watershed.
